First homes at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol now reserved

Last weekend was the sales launch for the first collection of BoKlok homes in the UK - two and three-bedroom houses at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol.

BoKlok on the Brook is our first residential development in the UK, which meant that this weekend marked an important milestone. After receiving so much interest in the homes here, it was fantastic to move forward and to give people their first opportunity to reserve a home with BoKlok. 

Following the ballot draw, which took place on Wednesday 24th March, all of those who were successfully drawn were invited to the sales event, which took place in Bristol between Friday and Sunday. The event was carefully managed with strict, COVID safety measures in place. It provided interested purchasers with an opportunity to meet with a member of the BoKlok team, to discuss the homes in more detail and to press ahead with a reservation, if they wish. 

Across the three days, the BoKlok team are delighted to announce that 50% of the homes were reserved.

- We hope that everyone who attended the sales launch would agree that there was a really nice atmosphere at the event, with a lot of excitement among some of our first purchases. For us, it was great to meet so many people, who will go on to live in one of our new homes and become a part of our new community here in Bristol, said Helen Renvoize, Business & Marketing Manager, BoKlok UK.
