Moving forward in Bristol

Earlier in 2020, BoKlok UK gained planning consent for 173 new homes in Bristol. The decision was made by a unanimous Planning Committee in the city’s Council.

Since then, the BoKlok UK team has worked hard to bring to the Bristolians a new community – BoKlok on the Brook - which will consist of 96 1- & 2-bedroom apartments and 77 2- & 3-bedroom family homes, right in in the heart of Bristol, more precisely on Airport Road.  

- It feels great to be moving forward with the BoKlok on the Brook project here in Bristol, says Graeme Culliton, Managing Director BoKlok UK. Right now, we are about to start putting hoarding up on the project site, and I guess that will make the public interested and curious about what’s going on.

The current plan is to launch the sales for the homes in BoKlok on the Brook in spring 2021.

- That’s right. We are working hard with developing input for the project’s web site at the moment, says Jerrie Kristiansson, Sales Director at BoKlok UK. We’re really excited about showing the public what the community will look like, and to be able to move into the sales phase.
