BoKlok is coming to Worthing

We’re delighted that Worthing Planning Committee has supported our plans to provide new BoKlok homes in the popular seaside town of Worthing.

The site to the west of Fulbeck Avenue will deliver 152 much needed homes as one of the BoKlok flagship schemes in the UK.

- 74 of those will be affordable homes, so the site supports and exceeds the Council’s affordable housing policy, says Dylan May, Land and Planning Director, BoKlok UK.

The new community, called BoKlok on the Lake, will consist of a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, incorporating modular housing, utilising Modern Methods of Construction, which have significantly smaller carbon footprints than traditional brick developments. Our construction methods also reduce overall build time and therefore, the impact on local communities.

The scheme has also been designed to enhance the local area through the delivery of a “Green Heart” landscape centrepiece, creating a parkland setting for the whole community to enjoy.

The homes available for private sale will be released via our ballot later this autumn.
