BoKlok Sweden has the most satisfied customers – for the fourth time in six years

Once again, BoKlok Sweden has secured the coveted first prize of “Sweden’s most satisfied customers” in the country’s yearly survey of the housebuilding sector. It is the fourth time in six years that BoKlok has secured first position. This year the award is shared with Besqab and PEAB.

The BoKlok success is attributed to its clear focus on customer experience, a commitment which is shared by all BoKlok employees.

This latest award reflects scores attributed in 2021. Customers are surveyed by the Scandinavian company Prognoscentret, when they move into their new home. All participating developers are attributed a CSI (customer satisfaction index) score, which covers elements from housing quality, through to the customer’s experience of the sales process. BoKlok scored a CSI value of 79, compared to an industry-wide average of 75.

BoKlok Sweden has previously been awarded first prize in 2017, 2018 and 2020. In 2019, BoKlok came in second place and in 2016, BoKlok secured third place.

Scandinavian company Prognoscentret, which conducts the CSI survey is an independent market analysis company. More than 85 percent of all newly developed tenant-owner homes in Sweden are included in the survey and the prize is awarded annually. The survey is done in participation with the industry collaborators and is based on about 13,000 responses from the buyers of newly developed housing and single-family homes during 2021 and includes about 65 companies.
