BoKlok shortlisted for three First Time Buyer Readers' Awards

BoKlok has been shortlisted in three separate categories at this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.

The awards, which are determined by a public vote are some of the most acclaimed in the industry. They aim to celebrate the many lengths that developers and property professionals will go to, to help aspirational buyers onto the housing ladder.

BoKlok’s flagship development, BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol, has been shortlisted for 'Best New Development in the South and Best First Time Buyer Apartment'. While BoKlok on the Lake in Worthing, (BoKlok’s second residential development) has been shortlisted for Best off-Plan Development.

Voting is now open and will close on Friday 5 August, ahead of an awards ceremony planned for 2 September 2022.

BoKlok on the Brook, Best New Development in the South – vote here
This award is for the best development of any size in the South of England. This award recognises an exceptional range of new homes that stand out of the crowd, whilst remaining accessible for first time buyers.

BoKlok on the Brook, Best First Time Buyer Apartment – vote here
This award is for an apartment suitable for a first time buyer, which is affordable and also offers excellent design flair, both inside and out.

BoKlok on the Lake, Best off-Plan Development – vote here
This award will be looking to recognise a development that has not yet been built/completed but offers great potential to first time buyers.

Explaining what he believes differentiates BoKlok homes, Kristiansson added:

BoKlok on the Brook is BoKlok’s flagship UK scheme, delivering a collection of family houses and apartments in Bristol. These homes are now all sold. In November 2021, BoKlok launched its second UK scheme - BoKlok on the Lake, a new collection of apartments in Worthing.
