This week BoKlok is celebrating National Home Buying Week (19th – 26th March). Headed up by First Time Buyer Magazine, this national campaign is dedicated to first time buyers and assisting them with that initial step onto the housing ladder – something which Boklok itself is very passionate about.

Once again, BoKlok Sweden has secured the coveted first prize of “Sweden’s most satisfied customers” in the country’s yearly survey of the housebuilding sector. It is the fourth time in six years that BoKlok has secured first position. This year the award is shared with Besqab and PEAB.
The first phase of homes at BoKlok on the Lake in Worthing are now all reserved. First-time buyers from the local area have been the main purchasers. In phase one at BoKlok on the Lake, 91% of purchasers were first time buyers, 91% were local to the area and 75% accessed the government ‘Help to Buy’ scheme.

At the weekend BoKlok hosted the second phase of the sales launch for the first UK development, BoKlok on the Brook – this time for the one and two-bedroom apartments. 46 of the 48 homes available were reserved at the event.
