This weekend, BoKlok hosted a sales event for the first release of apartments at BoKlok on the Lake - a new collection of one and two-bedroom apartments in Worthing. 70% of the apartments were reserved at the event and 86% of the purchasers are first time buyers.
In less than two weeks, the ballot for our one and two-bedroom apartments will be opening!! The ballot will open at 9am on Monday 1st November 2021, closing at 9am on Monday 15th November 2021. A draw will then take place at 7pm on Wednesday 17th November, with a sales event planned for Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st November 2021.
Two primary schools local to the BoKlok on the Brook site, take part in the BoKlok Homes for the Future design session. The session is designed to introduce children to new concepts in housing they would not have come across previously. Concepts like why building sustainable housing is so important, how BoKlok build homes that are high quality, and other aspects of the BoKlok value-based way-of-w
BoKlok Arboristen is situated in Falun, Sweden. It is a newly built, small-scale residential area where Johan Stenis has lived for a few months with his family. Whilst being a regular customer Johan Stenis is also an unusual customer, as he is an employee of BoKlok and sells BoKlok homes in Sweden.
Last weekend was the sales launch for our first collection of homes in the UK - two and three-bedroom houses at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol.
In September, BoKlok welcomed Will Needham, founder of the Future Distributed podcast, focusing on innovative construction methods. BoKlok, being a sustainable, quality and low-cost home provider with an industrialised building process, had caught his eye. The reason for the visit is the great interest in Boklok's brand and concept since the news that BoKlok expands to England came out in the beginning of the summer.
