BoKlok, the residential home provider jointly owned by Skanska and IKEA, have now released the first phase of 2- and 3-bedroom family homes at BoKlok by the Park, near Rosemead Park, Littlehampton. On completion, the development will feature 112 homes at Fitzalan Road, south of Littlehampton Academy.
Between 21st – 27th March 2022, BoKlok is joining with the broader housebuilding industry to celebrate the many positives of buying a new build home.

BoKlok UK Ltd, the home provider, jointly owned by Skanska and IKEA, delivering ‘sustainable homes for the many people’, has acquired a major site in Somerset. Subject to planning permission, BoKlok are preparing detailed plans which could provide in the region of 350 homes. The site, which is part of Bridgwater Gateway phase 2, is situated to the west of A38 Taunton Road, within North Petherton.
The first phase of homes at BoKlok on the Lake in Worthing are now all reserved. First-time buyers from the local area have been the main purchasers. It is always the aim for BoKlok to make homeownership more accessible to more people. In phase one at BoKlok on the Lake, 91% of purchasers were first time buyers, 91% were local to the area and 75% accessed the government ‘Help to Buy’ scheme.

This weekend, BoKlok hosted a sales event for the first release of apartments at BoKlok on the Lake - a new collection of one and two-bedroom apartments in Worthing. 70% of the apartments were reserved at the event and 86% of the purchasers are first time buyers.
In less than two weeks, the ballot for our one and two-bedroom apartments will be opening!! The ballot will open at 9am on Monday 1st November 2021, closing at 9am on Monday 15th November 2021. At the weekend BoKlok hosted the second phase of the sales launch for the first UK development, BoKlok on the Brook – this time for the one and two-bedroom apartments. 46 of the 48 homes available were reserved at the event.
BoKlok are delighted that Worthing Planning Committee has supported the plans to provide new BoKlok homes in the popular seaside town of Worthing. The site to the west of Fulbeck Avenue will deliver 152 much needed homes as one of the BoKlok flagship schemes in the UK.
BoKlok Arboristen is situated in Falun, Sweden. It is a newly built, small-scale residential area where Johan Stenis has lived for a few months with his family. Whilst being a regular customer Johan Stenis is also an unusual customer, as he is an employee of BoKlok and sells BoKlok homes in Sweden.
